With over 15 years in the hospitality industry, Katherine brings her passion and disciplined expertise to every project. Her multi-faceted background having worked for hotel brand, manager, owner and developer allows her to optimize the performance of any F&B operation for all parties involved.

 

She has worked on over 30 ground up hotel developments across 6 countries from luxury resorts on remote islands, to select service hotels, to multi-use urban developments; leading the programming, concept development, design, pre-opening, and opening teams for all F&B operations. Notable hotel brands include Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, IHG and Iconic assets such as the HOTEL DU PONT. Notable restaurant partners include Dinex Group, Jean George, Marcus Samuelsson, Richard Sandoval and other elite brands.

 

Katherine holds her MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Columbia University and her BS of Hotel Business Administration from Cornell University. She started her career as a pastry chef on Nantucket, MA.
